AVIANS: Are they born as eggs and hatched or in their human form? Or their animal form?
SERPIENTE: Are they born as eggs and then hatched, like real snakes, or they born in human or animal form?
WOLVES: Are they born in their wolf form or human form? Are they born in litters or one at a time?
FALCONS: Again, eggs&hatch or human or falcon form?
And there's my questions. _________________ Isn't Aslan awesome?

All of the above are born in human form. Wolves are slightly more prone to twins than normal humans, but it's still less common than single births.
The only elavie born in non-human forms are the Rajar, who are born in the water in their fishy forms.

The Rajar are the rays, the eagle rays, and manta rays, and the eels? Oh, and what are the Desmodus? I've been wondering that too. And thanks for the quick answer. _________________ Isn't Aslan awesome?

The Desmodus are bats. They used to play a large role in Wolfcry, but it was whittled down through each draft until they were eventually written out of the book.
But they're a group native to the mountains far north-east of avian and serpiente land. They used to trade with both groups, until that went... really badly. I think Zane referred to "the old Desmodus" roads at some point in Hawksong.
The wolves don't actually have a technical name; they tend to each have tribal names instead. The two in the Kiesha'ra series are the Vahamil and the Frektane.

I have a somewhat unrelated question related to Nacola. She was able to have Sive when she was kinda oldish, so I was wondering how long shapeshifters can have children for? Them being able to live much longer and all... _________________ "Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?"

Elavie aging tends to 'freeze' for a while (decades, centuries, millenia) so that they kind of don't age for a while and then it starts up again when they age like humans.
Or something *waves hand* _________________

Most elavie breed most easily in the earlier years of physical maturity, before that freeze really sets in at about 22 or so. Some of them do breed later in life, but it is far less common... which is probably why elavie have not severly overbred humans by this time, especially in modern day, when more and more often people don't choose to have children early.
After they start aging again, their breeding ability warms up a little, but fertility never returns to the height it was at when they were younger.
And yes, eventually, just like humans, they lose the ability.

Another question: Can a shapeshifter in his/her animal form mate with, and have children/offspring by an animal? _________________ Isn't Aslan awesome?

No; the animal form is mostly a magical construct. It doesn't have the correct genetics, etc, to be able to mesh with the animal.
(almost) All elavie are subspecies of homo sapiens; they can breed with humans, and can generally breed with each other, though occasionally with complications.
The only exceptions are the Rajar, who were fish first, and seem to be able to breed both with their fishy forms and with humans.

What are some of the elavie that cannot breed with humans?
Rajar: are the offspring produced with fishy forms able to take human forms? Does it depend? If so, on what? _________________ Isn't Aslan awesome?
